a haven of modern beauty
warm greeting valet parking spacious apartment
the staff greeted us warmly at our arrival it felt so cute. they seemed always willing to help us . the hotel also offered valet parking which was quite convenient. we had reserved an apartment with one bedroom it had so much space.
the location was convenient however a bit of a walk was required to reach the medina. i did not see many shops or points of interest right around the hotel. we needed a taxi to return after our dinner.

The hotel staff demonstrated really good helpfulness. A front desk clerk assisted us in finding a reliable driver. this driver transported us to the medina to shop and ensured our safe return to the hotel.

the room was big and clean with a nice bathroom. i found the breakfast to be good. taxi drivers knew the location, so getting around was simple.
we were moved to a new room mid-trip, a pain. it created a time-consuming mix-up. the desk staff miscommunicated, causing confusion about our luggage and room change.

I adored the rooftop views. The modern decor created a lovely ambiance. We were upgraded to an apartment on our final stay. The staff offered helpful tips on local attractions.
A mix-up with our room occurred mid-trip, it caused an hour of unnecessary stress. The situation required resolution to allow us to keep our original room.

The breakfast included a wide range. The hotel is located near the train station. The rooftop restaurant provided a great ambiance. Mouad helped us with tips about the city.
My room faced the busy road and car park. It was noisy due to arriving VIP guests. They did not offer other rooms. The manager did not speak when I left.

weak air conditioning empty minibar
the bed was very comfortable so i had a good night sleep.
i had problems with the air conditioning. it seemed to not cool the room enough. also, the minibar was not stocked, so i couldn't find any drinks when i arrived at night.
